Apartments are turnkey, price includes local telephone service, cable, access to all amenities and planned activities except golf (rounds are $15.00)

Golf Carts are available for rental. $9 per day, $60 per week or $215 a month. Based on availability.

Maid Service is not included and products provided initially are not restocked.
Special unit requests are taken, but not guaranteed.
