ESTES PARK, C.O. - On Wednesday, Sep. 7, the Good Samaritan Society of Estes Park celebrated its grand re-opening after COVID-19 forced it to limit much of its functions.
Event members also took notice of the fact that Sep. 7 of this year marked the Good Samaritan’s 19 years of service in Estes Park, and 100 years of service organization-wide. Nearly two decades of providing care and hospitality to elderly members of the local area and a century’s long service provision throughout the United States.
“It’s just awesome, we feel our passion every day we get to live out our mission, vision and values,” said Lee. “To be able to open our doors, start hosting activities again, and celebrate events like this – it fills a void that was left after covid stripped so much from us,” said Estes Park Village administrator Julie Lee.
