Serving many communities in northwestern Minnesota, the Good Samaritan Society – Clearbrook has been dedicated to the mission of providing quality skilled nursing care for the past 55 years.

The center is nestled in the beautiful northwoods surrounded by multiple rivers, lakes and streams. Those we serve come from a variety of backgrounds such as farming, beekeeping, teaching and homemaking.

As dedicated individuals, staff members are committed to providing the highest quality of care in a Christ-centered environment that promotes life, a spirit of love and compassion.

Our services are designed to provide quality care for people with various medical conditions such as rehabilitative care and individuals who may not be able to live independently and require assistance in meeting their daily needs. Our focus is on dignity, respect, compassion and love. We practice a family approach with a Christian philosophy, which is the code of conduct for the advisory board, staff members and volunteers.

The center is owned and operated by The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, a Christian not-for-profit organization whose mission is to share God’s love in word and deed by providing shelter and supportive services to older persons and others in need, believing that “In Christ’s Love, Everyone is Someone."
