Edgebrook Care Center is located in Edgerton, Minn., in the southwest corner of the state. It is located in the heart of a beautiful, rural setting and near the Buffalo Ridge. On a clear day, you can see large windmills dotting the landscape.

Our campus mirrors the best of Edgerton. Our local staff members personally know many of the residents and families who make our center their home. Neighbors care for neighbors. Our campus offers care to meet the varied needs of seniors in our community. Edgebrook Care Center skilled nursing home opened its doors on July 25, 1968. Today, after nearly 40 years, Edgebrook Care Center Campus includes the skilled Medicare and Medicaid certified center, the Senior Living Community and the Assisted Living Community to offer a continuum of long-term care services.

Whether you or your loved one are convalescing, receiving outpatient therapy or making Edgebrook a permanent home, our friendly, caring staff will lift and support residents and family members in body, mind and spirit, with arms and hearts of Christian love and compassion. We do this not to glorify ourselves, but to point others to Christ through our dedication and service.
