Good Samaritan Society – Warren is the bustling Marshall County seat farming community located 30 miles northeast of East Grand Forks, Minn. Good Samaritan Society – Warren is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility with 30 private rooms and 15 double rooms. We have a 23-room secure special care unit. Skilled nursing services are available 24-hours a day to people whose conditions are complex and/or medically unstable and who require frequent medical or nursing intervention. We have an Alzheimer's/secure care dementia unit.

20 Senior Living Apartments are also located on the campus.
