Sogge Memorial Good Samaritan Center, located on a hill overlooking the Des Moines River that winds through Windom and southwestern Minnesota, is grounded in a Christian mission of sharing God's love in word and deed.

If you are considering a skilled nursing center as a place for recovery or as your new residence, rest assured that we believe life is meant to be enjoyed and lived to the fullest. A chaplain serves spiritual needs; nurses and rehabilitation staff address physical challenges; and an activities department provides social and recreational opportunities seven days a week. A registered dietitian consults monthly and considers individual resident needs and preferences. Complementing these services is a memory care unit serving 18 people.

Our continuum of care includes home care, senior living with services and assisted living. Our goal is to offer a helping hand during each stage of need. Our team approach, involving the individual, family and caregivers, allows us to offer the best care in the most appropriate setting for all we serve.
