Our 80-bed care center is Medicare- and ALTCS-certified, and we are proud of our history of achieving excellent ratings from the State of Arizona. Our staff is genuinely dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to the community.
We specialize in short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for patients needing extensive therapies after an illness, surgery or accident. We provide extensive physical, occupational and speech therapy, plus 24-hour nursing care. In addition to short-term care, Good Samaritan Society – Prescott Valley is well known in the community for providing excellent long-term nursing care for those adults who require 24-hour nursing assistance. We also are proud of our reputation within the community for providing quality care to those residents affected by Alzheimer's disease or related dementias in our secured specialty care unit.
Windsong Villas
Our senior housing apartments offer adults age 55 and older the opportunity to remain in an independent setting while having services available as needed. Some of the services include a 24-hour emergency call system, light housekeeping and a noon meal. We offer one- and two- bedroom apartments conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, medical and dental services as well as the community park and theater. Windsong Villas is located within a short walk to the Good Samaritan Society – Prescott Valley care center.
Prescott Valley is just 80 miles north of Phoenix yet close to all the winter sports you enjoy.
