Good Samaritan Society – Fairlawn Village
For 35 years, Fairlawn Village has provided a continuum of care for seniors in Gresham and East Multnomah County. Our 12-acre campus offers senior living cottages, senior living lodge apartments and a health center providing intermediate and skilled nursing care.
Senior Living
Our one- and two-bedroom cottages are equipped with full kitchens, patios, space for gardening, reserved parking and plumbing for your own washer and dryer. Cottage residents can select from several a la carte services including meals in the Lodge dining room, housekeeping and laundry.
Our Lodge has private studios and one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, patios or balconies, ample storage, free laundry rooms and two elevators. Lodge residents enjoy three meals a day and bi-weekly housekeeping included in their monthly rent.
All residents have access to a full range of activities, scheduled transportation, 24-hour emergency response, a hairdresser, exercise room, convenience shop and resale shop.
Family and friends appreciate our guest meals, guest cottages and large community center for family functions. The Good Samaritan Society – Fairlawn Village is also pet friendly.
