Welcome to Good Samaritan Society – Canistota!

Good Samaritan Society – Canistota is serious when it comes to providing a home for seniors in the community. Caring staff members know when they show up each day, they are walking into the home of someone who has a story to be told and know there is a friend to be made, and wisdom to be shared. We really care about each other here.

We are most proud of our Good Samaritan Society mission to share God’s love in word and deed, believing that “In Christ’s Love, Everyone Is Someone.” We are currently making changes to offer more choices to residents and creating a Christian Community of Care within our center.

Whether you are considering our center for short-term rehabilitation or as your new residence, we want you to know that we believe life is worth living fully and meaningfully.
