Olathe Towers offers one- and two-bedroom apartments. One-bedroom, wheelchair-accessible units and garden apartments are available at College Way Village. These senior living apartments offer subsidized rent through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Residents at Olathe Towers and College Way Village also have the option of a daily lunch program and convenient public transportation.
