Research project seeks participants

The Good Samaritan Society has a new opportunity to extend its mission of sharing God’s love in word and deed by providing alternative ways to care for seniors through the LivingWell@Home research project. The Society is seeking participants for the research that will help meet the changing needs of seniors living independently.
Participants must fall into ONE of the following groups:
- Recently discharged from a hospital; or
- Recently discharged from a rehabilitation/skilled care center; or
- Eligible for both Medicare & Medicaid/Medicaid Waiver
