(Brainerd, Minn.) – We have all seen movies where good outruns or outwits evil. It is a plot we are all familiar with, not simply because we have seen it on the big screen a million times, but because we have also seen it play out in our everyday lives with just as much frequency.

 

Our Good Samaritan Society staff members have also seen this come to life, unscripted and far from the big screen, when a resident transitions to a new lifestyle.

 

Oftentimes, he has not experienced this many changes at one time since he left home as a bright-eyed teenager many decades ago. Thankfully, staff members have seen this kind of movie enough times to know there is always a happy ending and that a supportive cast makes all the difference.

But, it truly does take a whole cast of characters, directors, producers and so many more to ensure the movie goes as planned.

 

We invite you and your family to join us for an evening of Experiencing God’s Love: The “Reel” Deal at our second annual Family Resource Fair. It is a time for families to visit and get a behind-the-scenes look at the services and departments at the Good Samaritan Society. See just how important your role is as a supporting actor and relish in the celebration and accolades that come with such an important credit.
