Fit for Life Wellness Center
Wellness programs promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle by focusing on six dimensions of wellness: physical, spiritual, social, intellectual, emotional and vocational. Opportunities can vary from educational seminars and fitness activities to social clubs and support groups.
Located at 702 De Soto Boulevard in Hot Springs Village, the Fit for Life Wellness Center is open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday. There is no wait time to use the machines. Everyone receives a personalized workout plan based on individual needs.
