Mike Larson, Executive Director for Villages of Denton
Mike Larson has been named the executive director for Good Samaritan Society – Villages of Denton, which includes Good Samaritan Society – Lake Forest Village, Lake Forest Home Health and Good Samaritan Society – Denton Village.
This new position will provide leadership to management teams at each campus. Larson will work with the locations to capitalize on their unique strengths, and on programming, services, cost-saving opportunities and human resource sharing.
“The Good Samaritan Society has a deep and rich history in the Denton community,” said Larson. “Our goal is to be leaders in providing innovative services that will be expected by people who are 55 years of age or older.”
Larson has been the administrator at Good Samaritan Society – Denton Village since November 2010. For the past 27 years, Larson has devoted most of his career to opening new long-term care centers and developing new services for seniors.
The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society owns and operates more than 240 long-term healthcare centers and senior living communities across the country, including Good Samaritan Society – Villages of Denton.
