Lake Forest Village is well-known in the community for providing long-term skilled care for those adults who desire 24-hour supervision with a Christian philosophy. We take pride in our reputation within the community of Denton for providing compassionate care that goes beyond meeting our residents’ physical needs by recognizing and supporting their emotional and spiritual needs, as well.

The Good Samaritan Society – Lake Forest Village also specializes in short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for patients needing therapy following hospitalization as a result of an illness, surgery or accident. We provide extensive physical, occupational and speech therapies plus 24-hour skilled care. Our collective goal is to provide the necessary training and physical strengthening to achieve the highest functional level, enabling a safe return home.

Lake Forest Village recognizes that each person and situation is unique. After a thorough evaluation and assessment, a treatment/care plan is established specific to the individual’s need and goals. Our team of healthcare professionals works closely with each resident and his/her family to ensure specific goals are reached and that one’s physical, emotional and spiritual needs are being met on a continual basis.

Our interdisciplinary approach to care and rehabilitation has produced positive outcomes in:
