Prairie Creek offers private homes with the convenience of maintenance-free living, all on a beautiful new campus in South Dakota’s largest and fastest-growing senior community. Located in Sioux Falls, our campus features 44 high-end twinhomes and a 70-apartment Lodge with beautiful landscaped grounds, including a reflecting pond, enchanting creek and walking trails.
