    • DESCRIPTION:

    Provide care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner, directs and provides leadership to designated staff.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    prior work experience is preferred; RN license required

    This is considered a Hall Coordinator position. Must have experience in  MDS/RAP/Care plan process. Knowledge of Medicare helpful but willing to train.
