As the Strategic Partnerships Director, Chad Brower leads the development and execution of a strategic partnership strategy for the advancement of innovative initiatives that improve the health and livelihood of the aging population. He has been with the Good Samaritan Foundation since 2015.
Chad joined the Good Samaritan Society in 2008 as a customer experience consultant. In that role, he provided strategic direction in the area of sales, marketing and customer experience to various facilities within a region. He has also worked as an innovation designer with the Society’s Vivo Center for Innovation, a role that used human-centered design and knowledge of best practices and research principles to identify unmet needs and create, test and launch new products and services that improve the aging experience and well-being of older adults.
Chad has over 20 years of sales, marketing and innovation experience in a variety of industries. He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Illinois State University as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Sioux Falls.
Chad enjoys spending time with his family and following his children’s activities. He also enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and is an avid trail runner.
