Post-acute rehabilitation services are for people of all ages who no longer need hospital care, but would benefit from additional therapy and care before returning home following injury, illness or surgery. Our Medicare-certified post-acute rehab programs feature therapy gyms and include physical, occupational and speech therapy.

“Both I and my mother were very pleased with the care, the facilities, and the nursing and therapy staff at Good Samaritan Society – Ambassador. We feel grateful and blessed to have found you and made the transfer from where she was living. Obviously, if something should occur in the future where Mom requires Transitional Care/Rehab services, you know where we’ll be coming.” – Linda
"I can't adequately express my thanks and appreciation to each of you for what you did for me. It is a miracle to me. I came in here not being able to walk and now I can!" – Susie
"They are caring and good at what they are doing. Every day I improved." – John
