Get the level of care you need at Bancroft Creek Estates. This community offers assisted living units with a variety of amenities that let you live as independently as you desire.
Included in housing fee:
- Private apartment with lockable door that can be personally furnished and decorated
- Furnished appliances (refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher, miniblinds)
- Basic utilities (water, sewer, electricity, heating, cooling, refuse collection) (does not include telephone)
- Washer/dryer included in select units
- Individually controlled heating and cooling
- Community laundry room
- General upkeep and maintenance of apartment and furnished appliances
- Building and grounds maintenance (snow removal, lawn care)
- Uncovered parking for residents and guests
- Interior private mailboxes
- Access to amenities and common areas including:
- Library
- Private dining room
- Lounges and gathering areas
- Exercise room
- Ability to reserve certain common areas for private use
- Salon services on site
Included in base services fee:
- 24-hour qualified staff coverage
