Underground parking is provided for your convenience and safety. The balcony off the dining room, and patio below, invites residents to enjoy the fresh air and stunning mountain views. An expansive network of lighted outdoor walkways connects the apartment complex to all parts of the Village campus.

Independent Living Twin Homes

"Parkitecture" wood and stone exteriors describe the open space floor plan of the 1,600-square-foot twin homes of Estes Park Village. Each floor plan is designed around a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and a full-view glass door leading to a private deck. The master bedroom suite includes a large walk-in closet and bathroom with oversized shower and two sinks. The guest bedroom with private bath and a study with French doors complement the home. Meal preparation will be a delight in your well-appointed kitchen with all appliances. Enjoy eat-in dining overlooking the majestic Colorado Rockies. This is your home to decorate any way you wish.

You will have the freedom to entertain friends and family or watch the sunsets from your private patio. All lawn care, snow removal and home maintenance are completed by our team. And, in case you need us, each home is equipped with a 24-hour emergency call system.
