My husband, Terry and I want to share our appreciation for the amazing service you continue to provide to your residents.
My mother-in-law was initially reluctant to leave her home of 68 years. We fortunately added her name to your waiting list. About three days before we began moving her from Texas to Colorado, an apartment became available and we were so grateful.
Timing is everything. The COVID-19 shutdown started exactly one week after mom moved into your facility. And everyone she came in contact with went above and beyond to welcome her and make her feel at home. Terry and I both believe she is in the best place she can be.
While reflecting on the past weeks of our lives, I often think of Romans 8:28: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” This is so very true for our family.
Thanks to the entire staff for everything you do. You have made a positive and significant difference in all of our lives, especially in mom’s life!

Staff works hard
I just wanted to send you a note since I understand how hard everyone there is working to keep the residents safe during this horrible COVID-19 outbreak.
We do call Mother at least daily to check in with her, and she has indicated that staff is working hard, which is appreciated.
You have a daunting task to coordinate the delivering of meals, entertainment, etc., to keep the residents safe, and we appreciate what you are doing.
The weekly updates you send via email are appreciated, as it does help on keeping us informed. Until we can come out again (soon, we hope) to see Mother, we will continue sending her care packages with the necessary items she is needing, and we look forward to things getting back to normal.
Again, thank you for taking care of the residents and staff during these times.

Residents are treated like family
I am able to persevere through all this coronavirus in part because I know my Dad is being so well taken care of.
Hardly a day goes by that he isn't telling me about some above-and-beyond thing one of the staff there has done for him to help him out or just to make his day.
I am so thankful for your loving care of him and all the residents. I really believe they are treated like family, and everyone who works there has become a part of our family. We just love all of you.
Keeping the residents safe, happy and well is a mission that you do to perfection, over and over, and you are a tremendous blessing in our lives.
Thank you for all you do!

Mom is in the best place
While I haven’t seen my mom since March 11, I know that the staff is making sure she is doing well and are helping her access anything she needs.
When she needed to see her doctor for an urgent health issue recently – something not related to COVID-19 – Julie Rich, director of senior living, helped her to connect with her doctor and transportation was arranged to take her to her appointment.
Your activities director, Jenny Langness, has come up with ways to keep mom and the other residents active with floor-by-floor bingo games and singalongs.
It has been so difficult to be 5 minutes away and not be able to visit her. The staff that takes in and delivers packages that I've delivered are kind and caring. The weekly updates from Fred Pitzl, the admistrator, are informative and welcome. It is comforting knowing the staff is giving the best care to all the residents, and my mom is in the best place she can be during this pandemic quarantine.
Thank you all so very much.
– Rose Anne Von Hollen, resident’s daughter
Dedication is appreciated
I just wanted to say thank you for being so quick and proactive in implementing protective measures to keep our mom (and all the other wonderful residents and staff) safe during this pandemic.
We appreciated your commitment and dedication!
We are all looking forward to the day when we can come together again as a family for drink, food and laughter!
You remain in our thoughts and prayers!
