Memory care is care that knows no boundaries. More than having around-the-clock assistance available, memory care programs attend to the mind, body and soul with love and compassion.
Memory special care unit
What are the advantages of a special care unit?
A special care unit is a secure environment designed to feel like home. Low noise levels, soothing colors, memory aids, comfortable furniture, and indoor and outdoor access are common.
Perhaps most importantly, staff members are trained to provide support, communicate effectively and encourage meaningful activities and interactions for your loved one.

Good Samaritan Society – Quiburi Mission has designed a unique neighborhood that caters to the special needs of seniors with memory impairments, while also promoting safety and environmental security. From the dining and living room area, to resident rooms and the enclosed courtyard, we created a setting to encourage continual socializing opportunities while maintaining a sense of calm.
We recognize how important an established routine is to individuals suffering from impaired memory and know how vital human touch can be. We develop individualized care plans designed to foster memory recall, encourage continuation of past interests and maintain the highest quality of daily living.
We provide areas to enjoy visits with family and friends and encourage leisurely strolls in the fresh air. A therapeutic recreational program helps ensure residents are given the opportunity to engage in physical and intellectual activities.
