Staff is so loving

Warm, caring place
“It feels like a big family. It’s a warm, caring place with lots of friendship,” says Annette Erickson, resident at Scandia Village.
"I get the opportunity every day … to be a part of a community that really exhibits what love really is,” says Joy Zakrzewski, chaplain and social services assistant at Scandia Village.
Patti Fehl, director of social services at Scandia Village, feels that there are a lot of opportunities for employees to do a variety of things at Scandai Village. "I really have a sense of comfort for what this facility offers," she says.
"We’re all here for the residents. I like that they put the residents first,” says Tonia Geibel, a CNA at Scandia Village.
The care, compassion and mission are why Roberta Thelen, MDS coordinator, says she works for the Good Samaritan Society.
