As you consider options for your patients, please review our services:
Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation therapy
Our rehabilitation services are for people of all ages who no longer need hospital care, but would benefit from additional therapy and care before returning home following injury, illness or surgery. Our Medicare-certified inpatient rehab programs feature therapy gyms and include physical, occupational, and speech therapy and outpatient therapy.
Assisted living communities are licensed healthcare providers that offer residents housing, personal assistance, supportive services, and custom healthcare plans. Residents live in apartments or residential units and don’t require around-the-clock nursing supervision. Staff members are accessible 24 hours a day.
Good Samaritan Society provides around-the-clock, personalized care and support for loved ones who need it most. Our long-term care communities are for residents who need services over a long period of time such as assisted living, rehabilitative care and/or skilled nursing care. These services are available 24 hour a day.
We understand that Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia affects more than just a person’s memory. As the condition advances, it can also deeply impact a person’s physical function, sensory perception, communication skills and cognitive understanding of the world. We create individualized care plans to help our residents stay engaged, active and functioning at their highest level.
Our hospice or palliative services ensure our clients are cared for physically, emotionally, and spiritually in those final precious days. We also know a family facing the death of a loved one needs comfort and guidance too. Our goal is to make sure our residents are comfortable and at peace and that their families have all the support they need during this difficult time.
Home health services from the Good Samaritan Society provide people of all ages medical assistance in their homes, while offering support and respite for their loved ones. Staff members include registered nurses and rehabilitation therapists. Depending on the location, other staff members might include licensed caregivers and other healthcare employees.
Home-based services provide non-medical in-home assistance. We can help clients feel as comfortable and safe as possible in their own homes by providing you assistance with daily activities.
From meal preparation to medication reminders, light housekeeping to companionship, our caregivers are trained to provide the help clients need in a way that's best for them.
Senior housing options at the Good Samaritan Society generally contain one or more separate living units within the same structure. Examples include apartments, twin homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, villas, cottages and casitas. These comfortable, easy-living homes offer residents the privacy they desire with the ease of maintenance-free living.
