The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society will share how it has identified and implemented opportunities with parent company Sanford Health to develop new care delivery models that increase access to services and reduce disruptions for residents at the 2023 AHCA/NCAL Quality Summit in Grapevine, Texas May 22-24.
“The needs of seniors are comprehensive and evolving, so finding innovative ways to deliver care and sharpen your facility’s performance is a key to providing the best possible experience and outcomes for residents and staff,” said Heather Herlyn, MS, RN, CPHQ, director of quality and safety for the Good Samaritan Society. “Attendees will take away new ideas on how to work with hospital partners to improve the patient and resident experience, and get an insider’s look at how acute-care programs can be applied in post-acute care settings.”
