SIOUX FALLS, S.D., - Nate Schema, the new president and CEO of The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, has been elected to the board of governors of the American Health Care Association.

Schema fills the not-for-profit seat that was vacated by Randy Bury when he retired as president and CEO of the Good Samaritan Society.

Schema’s career with the organization began in 2006 as an administrator-in-training in Mountain Lake, Minnesota. He has served as a nursing home administrator, associate director of operations, regional executive director of operations and, most recently, vice president of operations.
