“Kazukes” perform for Good Samaritan Society residents

SIOUX FALLS, S.D., - Residents at Good Samaritan Society - Prairie Creek got a special treat last week.

The “Kazukes” from Active Generations came in for the performance at the Prairie Creek Lodge for the first time since the pandemic started.

“You do need something creative to do with your time in your old age,” said Rodney Gist, Kazukes member and Good Samaritan Society resident.

The vaccine that came out and the booster that’s now available is one of the main reasons that we can do performances like this and welcome people in our community,” said Taryn Siemonsma Garry, Prairie Creek activities supervisor.
