Kayla Grotheer is settling into her position as the new administrator at Good Samaritan Society - Parsons.
“It’s been a lot of learning, but I have a good team here, and Good Samaritan corporate is amazing. If I have a question, they love to answer my question,” Grotheer said.
Grotheer wants people to know she is not only resident-centered, but employee-centered. She has installed a suggestion box outside her office to help her know what employees’ concerns are. She is also starting an employee of the month program to help employees know they are valued for all their hard work and that they are family.
