You’re invited to our Falls Prevention Screening Clinic at the Bloomfield Community Center hosted by Good Samaritan Society – Bloomfield where we’ll help identify your risk of falling, assess changes you can make in your environment and find ways to help you reduce your risk.

In addition, a foot care clinic will be provided by nursing staff, addressing foot health needs that may impact stability and mobility. This combined approach supports overall safety, independence, and improved functional outcomes for participants.
