Join us to learn about a Free federally funded program for captioned telephones. These phones work similar to closed captioning on the TV. There is no cost to you for the service. It requires high-speed internet, an electrical outlet and hearing loss. Outreach, installation, and Education (OEI) is done locally by Tamara Eade.
