You're invited to our Falls Prevention Screenings Clinic at Good Samaritan Society – Woodland in Brainerd, MN, where we'll help identify your risk of falling, assess changes you can make in your environment and find ways to help you reduce your risk. Screenings will be provided by Good Samaritan Society – Home Care and Hospice Nisswa. 

There will be a free lunch provided at the event for those who participate in the screening.
