As health care workers serve on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic, staff members at Good Samaritan Society – Prescott Hospice wanted to show their appreciation.
Hospice Account Executive Kelly Paradis and her co-workers brainstormed what they could do.
“We only have one hospital in town and we thought we could hand out goodies to thank them,” says Kelly.
Heather Seets, volunteer coordinator for Prescott Hospice, called the city to get permission.
“I had orange bags and they looked like a life jacket,” Kelly says. “The bags were very fitting because health care workers are kind of our lifesavers right now.”
